Orders & Payment
Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using credit card, PayPal, or other available payment methods.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be modified.
Gift cards are not currently available, but we are working on adding this feature. Stay tuned for updates!
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Germany, all EU countries, and many international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Germany: 2-4 business days. EU: 5-10 business days. International: 10-21 business days depending on destination.
Yes! Free shipping within Germany on orders over €19.99, and free shipping to EU countries on orders over €99.99.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
Email us at info@makpirtuk.de with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Products & Availability
Most of our books are in Kurdish (Kurmanji, Sorani, and other dialects), but we also carry books in German, Turkish, and other languages about Kurdish topics.
If a book is out of stock, you can request to be notified when it becomes available. For special orders, please contact us directly.
Currently, we only sell physical books. E-book offerings may be added in the future.
Product pages show real-time availability. "In Stock" means the item is ready to ship. "Out of Stock" items can be requested for notification.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your preferences.
