By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (where applicable).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total.
Payment is due at the time of order placement.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the original price.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter or email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

6. Returns and Refunds

Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we provide a prepaid label.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

We strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occur.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
