Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Items must include original packaging
- Books must not show signs of damage, writing, or excessive wear
- CDs/DVDs must be unopened/sealed
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless item is defective)
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@makpirtuk.de with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation - we'll send you return instructions
- Pack your items securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Ship the package using a tracked shipping method
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt of returned items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Widerrufsrecht).
- The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us with a clear statement
- You must return the goods without undue delay (within 14 days of withdrawal)
- We will reimburse all payments, including standard delivery costs
